The first ever Florida Cannabis Expo & Convention brought together local Floridians, people from all over the US, and even international cannabis industry professionals and key influencers to network and explore new opportunities emerging to the market. This event was filled with entrepreneurs, businesses, job seekers, and individuals who came to learn about the expanding cannabis industry, health benefits, and the community as a whole. The exhibit halls were filled with businesses showcasing industry related products and services. This was a B2B event for people to share the latest industry information and pool together for new ideas and ways to bring it to the mainstream.
Attendees heard from speakers that educated and inspired spectators to join the cannabis community and find their niche. The event’s climate was highly professional and focused on the science of CBD and the medicinal properties associated with the cannabis plant. There is still much speculation regarding where the future of cannabis will be and how it will take shape in the coming months. The conference included many seminars from top industry leaders. Some notable guests at the show included Ricky Williams, Marvin Washington, and Montel Williams!
We enjoyed our time at the SECC and look forward to attending again in future years. With Florida recently becoming a medical state, it truly was the perfect place for an exciting new business conference. 🙂
